All enquiries regarding Barwon Health services, treatment areas, directories, careers and other general enquiries should be directed to the switchboard in the first instance on (03) 4215 0000.
Complaints are handled through the Consumer Liaison department. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly. Complaints go through a formal process of being acknowledged in a timely manner, reviewed by the relevant department, then a response is provided back to the person making the complaint.
Compliments also tell us what matters to people when accessing services at Barwon Health, allowing us to understand positive care experiences that help patients to live life well. Letters and cards from patients form a central part of this learning; we are grateful for the time and effort and the significant gesture it is for staff.
