If you need to change or cancel your appointment, it is vital let us know as soon as possible. If you do not contact us, you may be discharged from our service and a letter will be sent to you and your GP notifying you of this. It's important to know that changing or cancelling your appointment may cause a delay in your treatment.

Outpatient Clinics & Locations

There are three main outpatient sites at Barwon Health: 

• Outpatient Department - Bellerine Centre, level three of University Hospital Geelong.
• Outpatient Annexe - corner of Bellerine and Little Ryrie streets.
• Youang Surgery Centre - corner of Bellerine and Ryrie streets.

All patients should check in to the main reception in either location, according to the clinic you're attending.
