Who we are
Barwon Health provides a public, clinical, mental health drug and alcohol service for people living in the Barwon region (Including Greater Geelong, the Bellarine, Surf Coast and Colac-Otway regions).
What we do
Barwon Health's Mental Health, Drugs and Alcohol Services delivers a range of specialist community and hospital-based services for all ages who are experiencing mental health and/or drug and alcohol challenges. Services bring together evidence from research with an understanding of people’s lived experience—what works for them.
Help may include:
- Assessment, planning your care, treatment and recovery
- Support and assistance in achieving daily goals and recognising strengths
- Ongoing treatment
- Support and assistance for you and for your family, carer or supporter

Services are delivered through a number of programs across the Geelong and Barwon South West region.
Barwon Health offers a number of mental health and/or drug and alcohol services for people of all ages in our region. We can provide information, support and specialist services based on your needs.
