Help for families, carers & supporters
We’re here to help.
If you have just started to care for someone, or you are needing help in supporting someone who is experiencing mental health and/or alcohol and other drug-related challenges, we know you will have many things to do and to think about. We also know it can feel overwhelming.
But it’s OK! You are not alone. There are people and organisations ready to help you, and other carers who understand the challenges you are facing and can provide a listening ear and support.
Take a deep breath and take one step at a time.
I need to speak to someone now.
